An emergency is not pleasant. Panic lurks around the corner. Nevertheless, it is best to keep a cool head and contact us by telephone in advance. If necessary, we can reschedule an already scheduled appointment and make the necessary preparations to take quick and optimal care of your animal.
For the weekends, we take turns. If you are confronted with an emergency during the weekend, you will always hear the telephone number of the colleague on duty on our answering machine.
