At Iscavets we love clarity, clear communication and smart solutions. That is why we deliberately chose the practice software Fuga, fully linked to the online platform MyPets. Together they form the digital record of your pet: clear, secure and always accessible.

During every consultation our vets carefully update your pet's medical record. This means we always have a complete overview of the medical history, examinations, treatments and follow-ups. Convenient for us, but above all reassuring for you.

Radiographs, ultrasound images and blood results are automatically linked to your animal's record. No loose papers or lost results — everything is neatly together in one place!

Via MyPets you can easily access the record of your pet(s). You can view previous consultations, read diagnoses and treatments, and find follow-up advice. Transparent, practical and always available, including outside our opening hours.

In addition, via MyPets you can:

• book appointments online
• reorder products you previously purchased
• view vaccination and product reminders
• upload a photo of your pet
• find important documents

Forgotten an annual check, deworming or follow-up examination? Better not. That is why we automatically send reminders for important checks and treatments. This helps you to monitor your pet's health optimally.

We also love to make things practically simple. Invoices can be sent directly by email and important information documents are delivered digitally. Think for example of:
