Consultations

Veterinary Practice Iscavets is a companion animal practice and works exclusively by appointment.

For a standard consultation we generally allow 30 minutes. For certain situations we like to take extra time, such as for:

• skin conditions
• behavioural problems
• puppy consultations
• consultations with multiple animals at once

This allows us to give every animal the attention and care it needs.

As soon as we have your email address, you will automatically receive a confirmation when you make an appointment.

We also send a reminder 48 hours in advance. This helps you not to forget appointments in a busy schedule.

Are you unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows us to organise our schedule optimally and potentially assist other patients.

In the event of late cancellation or if you fail to show up for the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
